WOW thank you all for the extra TLC when servicing my fat bike! This bike has been impossible to pedal lately and I thought it was normal. Apparently it needed the Explore Velo touch! I love how honest and transparent these folks are about where costs are coming from, the work they did on the bike, what they noticed, and the products they do/don't recommend for my needs. Staff has always been friendly and approachable.
