Seeing a lot of bad reviews on here & I just wanted to say Midtown did an AMAZING job with moving me in my place & making sure they met all my requirements that I asked for ! & I love my apartment & roommates I was placed with they did a fantastic job ! So not bashing any of the bad reviews on here but everyone’s experience is different and unfortunately having issues wasn’t the case for me ! As far as bugs of course this is south Texas there will be bugs anywhere you go I have lived mostly all over corpus there’s going to be BUGS ! That’s why they make poison it’s up to YOU RATHER you decide to deal with that so take the initiative and bomb your place and keep up with it and keep and clean house then you won’t deal with it but so far I HIGHLY RECOMMEND coming here then any of the other student livings in CC that have gave me hell again everyone’s experience is different and so far mine has BEEN GOOD HERE !
