During this Arctic blast we just had my wife noted that an ice rink had formed in the yard near our septic tank…I thought “this can’t be good”. Prior to this we’ve never had an issue with our septic system. I called Big Sky Septic and talked to Mike. They came out in the morning when it was -26F and pretty quickly figured out that our septic filter had clogged…what an opportune time for that to happen. Regardless they followed up, showed up when they said they would, and solved what could have been a major problem for us in rapid order, at a very affordable rate.
